I'm using Odoo 10 deployed with the AWS/Bitnami image. When I try to import a xls file into Odoo, I get the error below. I have already tried to modify several timeout settings but I can't figure out which is the good one. Any suggestions?
What Odoo application did you installed?

What mail account did you send the mail from? I didn't receive any mail from the mail account you set on your Community User Information.

Odoo 10 community with the Accounting module.
We have tried to reproduce your issue with no success. Could you please execute ls -laR /opt/bitnami/apps/odoo/ > perms.txt and send us the pems.txt file.

There seem to be no errors in your permissions. Could you double check, please, that the data you are trying to import fits with your database structure and fulfill your restrictions?
