It seems it requires to enable
fileinfo PHP extensions, but these extensions are enable by default. You can check by your own by running the command below on a Windows terminal. In order to open the terminal you can simple double-click on the
use_wordpress executable you'll find on the stack installation directory.
php -m | findstr fileinfo
php -m | findstr xml
