I have this problem too but I don't know what to do , I can't open xampp app to mount the volumes and get back my files of htdocs , I have a lot of important files. Please I need your help Help !

Big Sur is a beta release and we do not support that OS version yet. We will add support for it once it's stable. We suggest you use a stable release to use the Bitnami solutions. You can downgrade your OS to a stable version or use our virtual machines with any virtualization program.
