So, I installed the WAMP stack and there is a folder at /apps/drupal/drush that contains Drush. It's not in the same folder as Drupal. I guess that means one should just add that to the Windows Path Variable. Then one can install as many copies of Drupal as desired and Drush can be used from any directory where Drupal is installed. I might have one copy of drupal in the apps folder but others inside the htdocs folder for apache.
Assuming I am on the right track, do I then use the drush.bat file?
Lastly, I could setup an FTP server using IIS but is there another option that one might consider that is less complex or just an alternative? I've always wanted to be able to download modules and themes from within the Drupal admin interface.
