bndiagnostic failure reason: I do not know how to perform the changes explained in the documentation

Description:
One of my websites hosted on an EC2 instance suddenly started returning an HTTP 500 error.

On doing some basic looking around, I realized there has been some sort of permission issue.

However, the commands I tries to change the permissions and ownerships doesn’t seem to work and the site is still down.

Can someone help me figure out what needs to be done to get it back up online, please?

Thanks

So, I seem to have found a solution for this.

I changed the owner and owner group of the wp-config.php file from root to bitnami.

And I changed the file permissions to 664.

This seems to have done the job.

I’m glad to hear that you solved the issue. This video tutorial explains how to solve permissions errors
