bndiagnostic failure reason: I do not know how to perform the changes explained in the documentation

Description:
We have a production Bitnami LAMP server from Amazon Lightsail, the website keeps getting down periodically with
no specific reasons and when we tried to access the server via ssh and FileZilla it is unable to connect. noting that the website is still new and dose not have much traffic on it at all.

each time we need to reboot the server to make it up and running again.

We appreciate your immediate help in this regard, as we can not find any solution for this behavior.

I have attached the bitnami-supp0rt-too ID for your reference.

I am running the correct permission command received from bitnami team which are as follows:
sudo chown -R bitnami:daemon /opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs
sudo chmod -R g+w /opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs
sudo chmod 640 /opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs/wp-config.php

Regarding this point " * * PHP is reaching the limits (cat /opt/bitnami/php/logs/php-fpm.log). You will need to increase the number of processes in the /opt/bitnami/php/etc/memory.conf file""
can you please guide me on what should be done here , the number of this increasmnet and where to add the code. as I am not aware of the server side.

These commands modify the permissions, it has nothing to do with your performance issue.

Is there any error/warning in the PHP-FPM’s log?

The error is clear, PHP-FPM is reaching the limits. The post I shared above should help you fix these issues.

Hi @jota , I have read the post you’ve shared and all the bitnami guides in this regard… but all are generic. I need to know what paramenter should I change and to what value?

The errors you posted are telling you to increase pm.start_servers, pm.min/max_spare_servers or pm.max_children. You will need to update those parameters accordingly. Please note that we do not provide 1:1 support, if you do not know how to edit the configuration, please find someone in your community who can help you make these changes.
