What is the problem you are experiencing when accessing your site? The report generated by the bnsupport-tool seems to indicate that the apache server is running:

Get the ctlscript status
-----------------------------------
Running: ./ctlscript.sh status
In: /opt/bitnami
Output:
php-fpm already running
apache already running
mysql already running
I could not connect to your server to verify that as it seems you are not using a public IP/domain. What is the output of the following command?
$ curl -kIL http://YOUR-SITE
