I'm sorry for that. We are already aware of the bug in our support tool and we are working on releasing a new version as soon as possible. From now, please do not run the health checks when the tool asks for it, this way the tool will skip this part.
In order to give you more information about this, we noticed an issue in our configuration some months ago and it was fixed properly. In case you use an old version of the solution, you probably have that bug in the WordPress configuration. Could you please check where the FS_METHOD line is in the wp-config.php file?
