I took a look to your Apache Error file and I found the error below repeated several times:
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: WordPress database error Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction for query INSERT INTO `wp_options` (`option_name`, `option_value`, `autoload`) VALUES ('_transient_is_multi_author', '0', 'yes') ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE `option_name` = VALUES(`option_name`), `option_value` = VALUES(`option_value`), `autoload` = VALUES(`autoload`) made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), include('/themes/techmarket/404.php'), get_header, locate_template, load_template, require_once('/themes/techmarket/header.php'), get_header, locate_template, load_template, require_once('/themes/techmarket/header-v1.php'), body_class, get_body_class, apply_filters('body_class'), WP_Hook->apply_filters, Techmarket->body_classes, is_multi_author, set_transient, add_option\n'
It seems your are facing a "deadlock" issue on your database (more information at https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/innodb-deadlocks.html). This happens when you try to do the same operation on the database at the same time. There could be a process that's locking the database so the rest of the processes can't access to it. I would try to restart Apache killing all the processes to see if the problem disappears:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh stop
sudo pkill httpd
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start
I also saw some PageSpeed caching issues. Please flush the cache as described below:
