Wordpress "Site cannot be reached"

Description:
Suddenly my site (Wordpress-Multisite) is not accessible. I made sure to disable the apache2 as suggested in other articles and the status of the services show all as running, but the site is still not reachable. The diagnostics tool shows the error “apache2: Syntax error on line 66 of /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot
load modules/mod_mpm_event.so into server: libiconv.so.2: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory”. Looking for suggestions to get my site back online. Thank you in advance.

That’s weird, did you use a linux installer or the default AWS Bitnami WordPress Multisite image? Did you uninstall any system packages using apt-get?

I am pretty confident I used the default AWS Bitnami WordPress Multisite image, I did created this back in 2020, so hard to say 100%. I have not uninstalled any system packages using apt-get. I created this and left it alone. Is there a way to reinstall what is missing for that error? Would that error be enough for the site to be unreachable? I did follow steps to, I believe, disable apache2 as it was recommended in another ticket when you get the default apache page, not sure if that is an issue.
