bndiagnostic failure reason: The suggested guides are not related with my issue

I have try everything searching in forums and another topics, error log say its a elementor module but I try to fix it but get not luck.

also the bitnami support tool has an error when trying to upload the diagnostic, I stop all services and try again and it worked.

Hi @pradeep1 , I can see many issues in your deployment: The instance has enough RAM memory now but that doesn’t mean it has it all the time. Please monitor that. There are some WordPress errors in the Apache’s log file (/opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log).
