We deploy Wordpress Multi-Tier on one account, which is working.
Few days after we try to deploy the same solutions, the same steps on another account.
We can't make it works properly after restoring from snapshots.
Step to reproduce the problem:
Step 1 - Deploy:
Give it a name:
it will create two instances:
multi-tier-wordpress-1-node-0 . <<== the site
multi-tier-wordpress-1-node-1. <<== the db
We are focusing on the site:
Step 2 - snapshot:
Make a snapshot from sda & sdb.
Step 3 - Restore to a new instance:
Create a new instance using one of the following methods.
3.1 Create an instance using a Restore disk from a snapshot
3.2 Create an instance using a Restore disk from an image (we also took an image, just to double-check)
3.3 Create Similar instance and attached the SDB
in all cases 3 cases,https://guides.github.com/features/mastering-markdown/
SDB lost all the data and links
/bitnami/ is empty - like no data saved.
Support after restoring from snapshoot -- SDB original data gone.
please advice - what we are missing is it a setup or background script that keeping SDB from backup
PS it is only happening on the site instance, not on DB which has a similar configuration (SDA/SDB)
Support for the working -- SDB original data
