Keywords: LAMP/MAMP/WAMP - AWS - Technical issue - PermissionsDescription: Hi,I had installed a Wordpress module long back. Currently any admin emails I am getting is from a different email address than what is set in the WP panel.
While creating support tool it gets killed and I have a lot of space too:
If the email was working before and it doesn't work now, there was probably a change in the WordPress configuration that affects that. I suggest you contact the WordPress developers or the SMTP plugin developers to know how to debug that issue.
These emails that i am getting from a different ID is specifically when the wordpress version is automatically updated. otherwise the website is running fine.
Also, why am i unable to create a BN support tool code?
Did you ask to the developers? I don't know why you are getting those emails.
The process is probably killed due to the free amount of RAM available in your instance. Can you check how much free RAM memory you have?
I get such emails from a different email id and not the one mentioned in my admin panel.
So you are receiving emails related to changes in your site from a different email address that is not configured in the application, right? Please contact the WordPress developers so they can help you with this. This is a specific question about the application and we don't know why you are receiving emails from a different email address.
