Since you enabled Permalinks, we understand you are making use of friendly URLs. In this case, if no links work in your WordPress instance, it is possible that your
htaccess.conf file is not properly configured.
Would it be possible that you didn't enable permalinks on your local installation? Or, would it be possible that the link format is different? This way, the Bitnami WordPress installation would not understand the links.
Note that Bitnami enables friendly URLs on WordPress by default.
If you were not able to fix this issue, we would appreciate if you could give us some specific examples of the issues you are facing, since we don't have much information right now.
