Description:
Yesterday the website was running fine after i shut it down i created a new snapshot.
Today i tried to run it and it only showed a whitescreen (i can’t access the dashboard or anything) , i used the diagnosis tool and it said that i needed more ram i created a new instance from the snapshot that i created yesterday with 4 times more ram than the old one and it still shows a whitescreen but this time the diagnosis tool didn’t tell me that i needed more ram.

i think the problem may be caused by a plugin called “revslider” if its a ram related issue , is there anyway to delete it from the console if that’s the issue

Hi @Dinoboy445 ,

You can access the instance using a SSH connection and run this command to delete the plugin from the WordPress’ folder

sudo rm -rf /opt/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/PLUGIN_NAME_HERE

the command fixed my problem , it was caused by the revslider plugin like i thought
