Thanks for your response. I could not find any other errors, so what I did was start completely over - I created an entirely new project in Google Cloud, and this time followed tutorials from the Bitnami website in order to make sure I did all steps correctly. I even used a new domain name, here is the new URL with the new instance: datakeepteam.com
I used SFTP to get into the server, and uploaded my theme as I usually do with my non-Google hosts. I got this error when I clicked on Appearance >> Themes in WordPress:
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
boxplot-theme Stylesheet is not readable.
This happened with the first project too (boxplotdata.com). To fix it, I deleted the bootstrap part of my stylesheet (I had the minified bootstrap as the first part of my stylesheet, then my custom CSS code below that) and then it recognized the stylesheet.
However, this time, I want to stop here and check with you first so that I make sure I am doing everything correctly. So far, do you see any issues with what I did? It seems to me that Bootstrap is the problem here, which is odd because this works perfectly when I do it with my other host (I've done this dozens of times and never had a problem before).
I looked at the Bootstrap issues page that you suggested, but didn't find anything relevant.
Is there a particular setting in Bitnami that is blocking bootstrap or doesn't like part of the Bootstrap code? Have others had issues with Bootstrap on the Bitnami deployment on Google Cloud?
Is there anything else I can do to produce further errors that might help solve this?
I am really hoping to get this and the SSL thing fixed since I do notice my site loads MUCH faster in Google and really want to stick with Google Cloud.
