Could you please share with us more information?
- Which version of Odoo are you using?
- Which version of wkhtmltopdf are you using?
As you can see here depending on the version of wkhtmltopdf it may contain some incompatibilities with your Odoo version.
Also, following that document:
The version of wkhtmltopdf available in Debian/Ubuntu repositories does not support headers and footers (requires patched QT version), so it must be downloaded from the project's page. Moreover, as there is no official release of 0.12.1 for Debian Jessie in the official downloads page, we've built one here.
Your issue could be related to the version you're using of Wkhtmltopdf. The Odoo team provides a built version for Debian of Wkhtmltopdf here.
Could you try installing that version (previously deleting the current one you have installed)?
This workaround differs a bit from the Bitnami guide, it requires installing a
.deb package. If you are unsure about how to install a .deb package you can take a look here, I'm sure that will help you.
