Websites not showing after upgraded to WordPress Multisite 5.6-1 Stack

Hi there, I need help. I have upgraded the WordPress Multisite 5.6.1 and found it not very stable. I have tried my best to fix the errors.

Now, there are these errors were found

The websites can run smoothly for awhile. However, there is error 599 after running few hours. Am I misconfigured the server?

Thanks for using Bitnami. Unfortunately, I couldn't download the bnsupport bundle. Can you run it again and send us a new code?

I understand you updated WordPress using the update built-in feature from the admin panel, is that correct?

We are upgraded to Bitnami WordPress Multisite 5.6-1 by creating another new virtual machine on Google Cloud Platform and transfer all the data and file there.

Thanks for the info. I see the next error message in your Apache logs, can you check it? Did you have any issue doing the migration from your old server? How did you do it?
