bndiagnostic failure reason: I do not know how to perform the changes explained in the documentation
Website goes down every 3 weeks or so. Normally restarting the instance fixes it until the next time it happens. However yesterday the site went down and restarting the instance is not helping, and the site continuing to be inaccessible.
