Website started to run slow

Hi !
My website https://bongdatructuyen.site/ started to run slow recently. It said that my website took too long to respond. I tried to follow the the instruction for installing the bitnami support tool, but I am not able to open the ssh.
I am new to GCP and bitnami wordpress so I wish you could help me find out the problem. How can I check what will the problem be? Or how can I check whether I should upgrade my instance?

I have tried accessing your website and could not face any problem, did you eventually get to solve the issue?

but I am not able to open the ssh.

We have a guide that covers how to access your instance using SSH, as well as some of the most common problems when dealing with such connections:

In order to assess what would be the problem, you may need to connect to your instance using SSH. By doing so you are connecting to the machine that is running your site and hence, you would be able to check whether services are up or not (as well as some other configurations).
