Please help

Hi @gita.prabhu,

There are several errors like this one in the Apache’s log

[Fri Sep 25 04:53:27.804158 2020] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 20044:tid 139801839785728] [client 223.228.35.51:21000] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: [client 223.228.35.51] https://www.domain.xyz Invalid Login Token: abvk0945 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/85.0.4183.121 Safari/537.36', referer: https://www.domain.xyz/login/index.php

Can you check if there is any bot/attacker trying to access your site?

Happy to help!

Hi, Thanks for you reply.

I dont see any internet bots. I tried the Apache debug, found a lot of “proxy_fcgi:error : invalid login token” will increasing the timeout duration resolve my issue?

Please guide me.

Hi @gita.prabhu,

Increasing the timeout shouldn’t be the fix for this problem as you are getting an “Invalid login token” error message. That error is thrown by the application and there is a thread talking about that in the Moodle’s forums

https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=380683

Did you make any change in the application lately that could be causing the problem? Did you install a new theme/extension?

If you didn’t find any bot information in the logs, can you ask in the Moodle’s forums to know if this error message you are getting is related with the issue you are running into with the application?

Thanks
