Currently running the tool

The support bundle file was successfully created, but the automatic upload to Bitnami servers failed. You will need to upload it to your Bitnami Support ticket manually. Please locate the following file in your file browser or in your terminal: /tmp/bitnami-wordpresspro-info-20210410-112721-10958.zip Exercise caution when uploading the resulting support bundle to public sites as it contains detailed diagnostic information.

How to upload manually

Can you download the .zip bundle using an SFTP program like FileZilla and then send it to me through mail? I’ve sent you my email address as a private message. Could you notify me in this thread after sending the mail?

It seems some files don’t have the correct permissions. Could you try resetting the permissions:

sudo chown -R bitnami:daemon /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs
sudo find /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs -type d -exec chmod 775 {} \;
sudo find /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs -type f -exec chmod 664 {} \;
sudo chmod 640 /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-config.php

We will change the permission. Planning to take a downtime for the same.
How this file permissions are changing? We are using the bitnami image from AWS market place

It depends on the plugin. Some plugins change permissions during installation.
