I've just upgraded to 2.1.8 in a locally hosted VM in the hope it would solve my paypal payment issues however it still doesn't work.
Here is a summary of what happens:
Customer adds item to the cart and then goes to checkout
Customer then clicks continue to Paypal
Customer logs into paypal
Paypal displays the payment screen and the customer clicks Pay Now
Paypal process the payment and I the store owner receive an email from paypal to say I've just been paid and the funds are in my paypal account
The customer at this point is redirected back to my store with "Review Order" and an error of "We can't place the order.".
If the customer clicks place order it still produces the same error.
This is happening with all products including configurable and simple products.
Any help would be most appreciated.
