bndiagnostic failure reason: The suggested guides are not related with my issue

Description:
I keep getting an IP address error when attempting to use Bitnami HTTPS Configuration Tool (bncert-tool) to setup HTTPS/SSL.

When looking at https://www.whatsmydns.net/ the domain has resolved to the correct IP in all of my locations. The A record was pointed to this IP about 12 hours ago and has worked with another domain and instance that was pointed at the same
time.

Any ideas??

Hi @justinjeffries72

Thanks for using Bitnami WordPress!

It seems that there are certain locations where the subdomain is not resolvable. In fact, I have tried a couple of times, and some other areas of the map come and go from time to time, which is strange:

You may need to wait a little bit more for the domain to propagate correctly or re-visit your configuration/DNS provider in case it does not. The bncert-tool needs the domain properly resolvable for it to work.

Best regards,
Jose Antonio Carmona
