Hi there, from today morning whenever I am going to play a video on Vimeo (on browser), the screen went to black and displaying an error message "The Video File Cannot be Played. (Error Code 224003)"

Try disabling browser extensions it worked for me, I found the solution to this issue here https://droidtheory.com/fix-error-code-224003/ you can try other fixes like changing the browser.
