Thanks for reporting it. We just reproduced the issue and we created a task to investigate it. We have included it in our backlog. As the impact of the issue is limited and not critical, there are no immediate plans to work on it. Nevertheless, it will be considered for future application versions.
In the meantime, I followed this guide (How do I add a profile picture to my user account?) and after reloading several times the browser the picture appears:
Of course this is not the final solution, as I said we will work to investigate the origin of this issue.
We will update this thread as soon as we have more news.
