Keywords: Nginx - AWS - How to - OtherDescription: Hello! I am using Cloudflare for a CDN and proxy. Is it possible to install the Cloudflare Real IP Module on the Nginx Stack to retrieve the correct user ip?
The ngx_http_realip module is built and included in the Bitnami solutions. We do use the --with-http_realip_module option when building the NGINX binaries. You can get more information about how to use it in the NGINX configuration by checking the official documentation
Thank you for that. I'm very new to using Bitnami, so would you be able to tell me how to use the --with-http_realip_module? What configuration file would this need to go into?
I've got it working, thanks. (I just woke up and I can tell it's going to be a long day already)
