This is a new installation, and after working for several days I had a working website with content Thursday evening. Friday morning I had this:
504 Gateway time-out.
I registered a help request with AWS on paid support, but there has been no support. This is frustrating and very time consuming.
"The error was present when I went to access the site this morning at approx. 5:30am (AWST).
The error occurs at domain name level >> bornstorytellers.net and online.bornstorytelles.net
The error shows on instance access IP address (I note this address is the same as yesterday's)
The target group for this instance <> shows 'unhealthy'.
Instance ID(s): i-0041ecf3adee24fc8"
The instance is EC2 with load balancer. I found that the instance was momentarily accessible after stopping it and restarting. But it did not last and the problems became worse. I associated an elastic IP to the instance, which enabled me to access it temporarily after stop/start. But that didn't last.
This morning, I thought a possible solution might be to move the installation to a higher capacity instance.
It seems the steps to do this are many starting with a backup.
But, I can't access myphp to back up the database. This is the latest error message:
"Error during session start; please check your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.
session_write_close(): write failed: No space left on device (28)
session_write_close(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/opt/bitnami/php/tmp)"
I can't get mysql to run.
I now have the message 'Error establishing database connection'
Please, someone, help me sort this out. I'm happy to pay for the right advice, support, action ...
