Description:
I am using Bitnami Launchpad for AWS Cloud for Wordpress. I followed these instructions to modify the instance type:

https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/administration/change-server-type/

In my AWS console, it is now showing the updated modified instance type I selected and it is running, but in my Bitnami Virtual Machine Console it is still showing the old server info. Is there something else I need to do for it to update?

Hi @SDTW_Dustin

Thanks for using Bitnami WordPress!

In my AWS console, it is now showing the updated modified instance type I selected and it is running, but in my Bitnami Virtual Machine Console it is still showing the old server info.

Do you mean that information is not updated in the Launchpad Panel (see the screenshot below)?

Hi @jcarmona,

Yes sir, that’s exactly what I mean. It has not updated in the Launchpad Panel.

Thank you for responding.

Best Regards,

Dustin K.

Hi @SDTW_Dustin

As long as the AWS console shows the correct information, you don’t need to do anything else :slightly_smiling_face:. The Launchpad Panel will show the initial information used to create the instance, but won’t reflect the latest updates on the infrastructure.

Hope it helps!
