Is that Docker setup a Bitnami's one? If so, we provide technical support for our containers in our Github repositories. Our team is actively monitoring them and will be glad to help you there, usually within a business day, and the whole community will benefit from your contribution. Could you please post your question by creating a new issue in the Redmine repo?
If not, please contact your app provider or the Redmine's developers to know the files you need to migrate to the new installation and how to migrate them. Then you will need to follow the steps in this guide to recover the data in the new installation
