Keywords: WordPress - Amazon Web Services - Technical issue - Upgrade
I'm attempting to install Wordpress with my custom plugin/theme using the AWS Bitnami Stack for Wordpress, which is running php 7.0.28
However composer install fails because many of it's dependencies (doctrine/cache, symfony/filesystem etc) require at least 7.1. However is there any harm in upgrading to 7.2? I figure having the latest & greatest is likely the most performant and secure.
How can I upgrade to 7.2 without messing with the previous install files? I only need to run wordpress not any of the other apps.
