Keywords: WordPress - Amazon Web Services - Technical issue - Permissions
Hi, We created an AWS Wordpress Bitnami Instance. As we entered the public IP of the instance into thw web browser, we could verify that the Wordpress default website was up and runnig.
We then generated corresponding Name servers at AWS Route 53 and changed the Name servers on our host to those we got at Route 53.
After about 15-20 min we could verify that as we entered our domain in a web browser, we where forwarded to AWS Wordpress Bitnami. So far so god.
But we have an issue! The new AWS Wordpress Bitnami site is very unstable and one in the while vanishes and become unaccessible resulting in "403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access / on this server". We get this error both at the wp-admin panel and front side.
Specially when we, for example, restart the Apache server using command "sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache", it takes around 2-3 hours before the site appears/become accessible again.
Both the wp-admin and the front side works fast and are responsible but suddenly and once in the while both wp-admin and the front side ends in "403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access / on this server". The we need to wait couple of hours and try again. For example last night the site was working. But suddenly vanished (403 Forbidden. . . ). But right now (next day) the site works properly. . .but may become unaccessible at any moment.
We can not countiniue like this. Please help us!
All the plugins are working properly and we don't have any error message on wp-admin.
The only message that seems to be an error message is: "Can't connect to AWS! Check your credentials and make sure your AWS accout is active!" Which we donät know where or how to fix.
