I checked the bnsupport bundle and I think you are facing some permission issues in the
/opt/bitnami/apps/moodle/moodledata folder. I also see you have an
htdocs.backup. Can you tell us which other changes have you done on your server? Were you following any guide to do this?
Please, set permissions to
daemon:daemon with the command below
sudo chown -R daemon:daemon /opt/bitnami/apps/moodle/moodledata
If setting the right permissions do not work, please ask for help in the Moodle forums. The only thing we do differently from a regular Moodle installation is that the Moodle application files are located in a custom folder
/opt/bitnami/apps/moodle/hdocs) instead of being deployed into the Apache
htdocs folder. In your case, you are facing PHP errors from the application itself, not from any other component related to Bitnami, so they may be able to give some clue of which part of the upgrading process may be failing and how can you debug and fix it.
