I believe this still goes back to your space issues on your server. It's the same issue on why the services are unable to start. For some reason, your server is still showing the initial 10G of space on the server, with no space available. As long as it shows this, you won't be able to start the services, the website will be unable to be accessed, and you won't be able to run the support tool.
I'm not sure if the script just failed to expand the file system upon restart after you increased the amount of space to your server, or if something else is going on.
That is your core issue that needs to be resolved first. Once that is done, chances are your site will start up just fine and your problem will be resolved. Can you provide screen-shots of your disk that you increased in size for AWS?
