- This command will not return to the command line if everything is fine

If it doesn't return, could you please check if you can access your site using http://localhost:20041?

Can you run this command?
net start suitecrmApache
What's the output of it?
- Then, check if you can start MySQL
Does it return to the command line?
If both commands don't return to the command line, could you please try to start both services using the Bitnami services tool?
