Hello @tgblinks,

It seems there is an error in Apache’s configuration:

AH00526: Syntax error on line 5 of /opt/bitnami/apache/conf/vhosts/asaprockit-https-vhost.conf: SSLCertificateFile: file '/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/certs/server.crt' does not exist or is empty

Looking at your files, the server.crt and server.key files are at /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf instead of the used path in asaprockit-https-vhost.conf. Please try changing the path and trying to restart the services again?

If the issue persists, could you try to restart the processes (mariadb, php-fpm, and apache) one by one and share the output of the commands?

Regards,
Francisco de Paz

I have corrected the error. it; showing syntax ok. but it’s not restarting

Hello @tgblinks,

Does the command output any logs? Could you also run again our bndiagnostic tool and share with us the support ID so we can debug the issue with an updated snapshot of your configuration?

Regards,
Francisco de Paz
