Unable to login Re:dash

Hi,

I am new to VM. I followed all steps from: https://docs.bitnami.com/virtual-machine/faq/get-started/find-credentials/ and https://docs.bitnami.com/virtual-machine/apps/redash/. However, I am still unable to login due to email or password error.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks, Gongomgra. I managed to solve the problem by reinstalling Virtual Box. I am not sure why the password was not matched when it's matched.
