Ehh I was just playing around with the dev env for the first time and I got the same error.
Not understanding what the solution was, I commented out lines 320 and 321 from wind32.h
//extern int clock_gettime(clockid_t, struct timespec *);
//extern int clock_getres(clockid_t, struct timespec *);
They are definitely dead code as timespec is a linux thing. Whomever ported this needs to resolve these functions to the proper win function or build some generic equivalent.
Compiles fine after removal.
Edit: Additionally you could add a
before the declarations as it's just a pointer reference and must be resolved later.
