Describe here your question/suggestion/issue (expected and actual results):
My company is creating a wordpress site using the amazon web server and bitnami. It's currently under a random IP address until we transfer it to an existing IP address when we update our site. As of June 15, I was unable to connect to the IP address/wp-admin. I went into our AWS account and saw that it rebooted on that date and assigned the site a new IP address. I tried to connect to the new IP address and it sill will not connect to server ("error establishing a database connection"). On AWS, it says that is is running without any errors, which makes me wonder if it's an issue on Bitnami's side? Any suggestions?
Steps to reproduce the issue (if relevant):
Any attempt to access the IP address will result in the same error.
