Unable to connect to mongodb - mongodb could not be started error

Description:
I tried troubleshooting by deleting mongod.lock file in the below path

/opt/bitnami/mongodb/data/db

I’m connecting to mongoDB via SSH. I checked the mongod.conf file for bind_ip
bind_ip = 127.0.0.1

Everything is in place. What could be the problem?
