Hi @mose, thanks for coming back to us.
You are correct - the screenshot does indeed say live.com. We certainly can login to https://portal.azure.com/ with the MS account we use. We have been working in it all week creating new virtual machines, all sorts. Here's a screenshot of that. I just logged in completely fresh in a browser I never used with azure before (firefox):
We do have access to the Bitnami account we used last year. It's the one we are using now. Nothing has changed apart from the fact that it appears to no longer be linked to Azure, and when we try to link it we get the original error message mentioned.
I sign in to Bitnami via github:
we can see our existing virtual machines that we created on azure via bitnami last year:
but when we are trying to create new virtual machines we are asked to link our cloud account:
that then asks me to unlock our bitnami vault:
then we are asked to connect to azure:
and when we click "connect to azure" we get the error message.
As noted, this is not just me - we get similar problems for three different people in our organisation ...
Thanks for the recommendation to reach out to "bitnami support" - I thought this community was it. I've just sent them a message via zendesk.
