It seems your database got corrupted. I recommend you re-install WordPress.
Do you have any backups of the MySQL database? If not, please first create a backup by copying the the "mysql" directory:
cp /opt/bitnami/mysql /opt/bitnami/mysql.bak
After that, as a workaround, please add the following configuration to your my.ini configuration file, under the mysqld section:
innodb_force_recovery = 6
After that, try to restart again. If it works, log in and migrate WordPress to a new instance using the following guide:
