sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart
Could you please check the
/opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/access_log file? (it is not included in the bundle that you have uploaded with the Bitnami Support Tool for security reasons). There, you can find more information regarding the 500 error that your service is throwing.
Now that the "magazine" site has been deleted, what the
/opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log log file says right after you try to access to your subdomain and get the 500 error? You can show the latest lines of the file by executing:
tail -n50 /opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log
Could you execute the following two commands and share the output?
sudo find /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/ -name .htaccess
grep -R 'Options.*Indexes' /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/
What plugins have you installed? Maybe one of the plugins that you are using is not compatible with multisites.
