Thank you for sharing the Bitnami Support tool code. I just noticed that Apache is throwing this error message during the initialization process

Can you check the certificate files and ensure they have the format of SSL certificates?
apache2/conf/server.crt file should look like this:
apache2/conf/server.key file should look like this:
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
I also saw this error message
[Tue Jan 29 14:42:52.693388 2019] [ssl:error] [pid 1027:tid 140012917180160] AH02578: Init: Unable to read pass phrase [Hint: key introduced or changed before restart?]
It seems you have a .key file with some sort of passphrase, can you obtain a new key without passphrase so Apache can use it?
