Unable install nano in Debian

I use bitnami Odoo package and would like install nano editor in Debian. I use sudo apt-get install nano and I receive the message that is temporary failure resolving 'httpredir.debian.org' I already check internet connection with google ping and I had response. Any idea to known which problem I have?

Can you tell me the output of the following command:

ls -la /etc/resolv.conf

Hi Michiel, same issue, it seams can't resolve a DNS names or don't download the files

Could you run the bnsupport tool and paste the generated code ID here?

I see the process generate a zip file with all the information. It's the generated code ID inside
or is that number on the file 20201016-112418-1039 ?

Also I lose the connection with the Odoo app, now bitnami console give me a IP outside my range http://10.0.2.15 use to be 192.168.0.x right ? I think I changed the VM network for get response in internet to NAT. Now I back to bridge - en3: thunderbolt ethernet and it works. Odoo again.

Nothing new happens, same than before, try to resolve the dns maybe and can't connect.
At this point I don't known if move to the last release of Bitnami Odoo 13 that have an newest Debian and composer working good. But Odoo 11 it's old but give me free accounting instead Odoo 13 that need to pay.

I surely recommend you to migrate to a newer version. You can use Bitnami Odoo 13 for free. Perhaps you are referring to the Odoo EE edition?
