I have two Lightsail Wordpress multisite instances:
512 MB RAM, 1 vCPU, 20 GB SSD
London, Zone A (eu-west-2a)
Each has a static IP attached to it.
I downloaded the .pem from the Account Home and converted it to a pkk file, then I could connect to both using say WinSCP or PuTTy with the key, all good!
But then I don't know what happened but it stopped on one instance, now when I test connecting with PuTTy.
One instance connects file still, and the other says:
using username bitnami
server refused our key
If I switch the IP address then it works, same config, same account, same everything, I just don't get it? The last thing I did was a WP Migrate DB Pro site migration - can that affect the SSH settings?
I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to all of this so any troubleshooting advice happily received. I'm reluctant to delete and start again as this is a migration process as so takes all day to get to this point...
