To attempt to troubleshoot the problem, I looked at the batch files that were referenced in the error messages and noticed that in many places, the path delimiters in the batch file were incorrect ("/" rather than"\") After changing them, the batch files ran without problems. But I still couldn't access redmine.
I understand that you managed to run the
redmineini.bat file successfully after changing the paths. Is that correct?
Apart from that, we have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
