Trouble removing SSL Cert

That is only one of the outputs produced by the tool. At the end of the report, you will find an ID being generated:

Could you please copy that ID and use it to create another Ticket of type Technical Issue? One of our teammates will be more than happy to help analyze your issue there :grin:
