Hello,

I have bought bitnami LAMP( php 7.4.10) server from Amazon and uploaded the file in the root directory (opt/bitnami/apache2/htdocs).

I also bought ssl certificate from Amazon and attached it to load balancer, then moved to WordPress admin dashboard and added "s"
to both WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) ( to be https) and install really simply ssl plugin to activate the certificate but the website did not turn to HTTPS and give an unsecured message in the browser tab ( he is reading the default SSL certificate in the server which is example.com, not the amazon one)

Note** I am using Amazon light sail infrastructure not EC2

Hi @ghina.altal,

You need to change the Apache server configuration on the Bitnami application instance to correctly handle SSL requests from the load balancer:

@michiel I don't have this path as I am using bitnami LAMP php 7.4 from Amazon, my root directory of wordpress file is /opt/bitnami/apache/htdocs

@michiel I added this code code to wp-config.php but still not work, the website is not reading the amazon certificate it still read the bitnami server example.com one as in below image..
