Ken from Moodle suggest the following:
Bitnami set ups don't come with cPanel ... much of admin is via ssh and Bitnami has tons of .sh files to be executed from command line. Matter of fact your best resource for issues with Bitnami is Bitnami's forums.
The partition of which the error speaks is in /opt/
ssh into server and issue df -h [ENTER]
Below is entire drive.
Size Used Available
/dev/xvda1 9.8G 4.4G 5.0G 47% /
Less than 10G size total space ... while 5 Gig is available, that really isn't very much space left for a moodle. Just one full site backup of a sandbox 3.8 moodle site ... code + database dump + minimal moodledata/filedir/ easily takes up 2.5G.
Under / above the /opt directory might have 0 space.
ls -ld opt
df ./opt -h
If your setup with Amazon/Bitnami has a way for you to get more space, I'd strongly advise you do.
Therefore my question is how can i increase space and how much will that cost?
